Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Switch — the Chrome extension and switchextension.com. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to them.

The service

Switch is a tab and workspace manager for Chrome. Some features are free; Pro requires a paid subscription. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Cancel any time from the account menu in the extension or by emailing support@switchextension.com; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Trials state their length and price up front; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Price changes take effect from your next billing period, with notice.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to break or reverse-engineer the service, no reselling access. You are responsible for what you put in shared spaces — it is visible to the people you share it with.

Your content

You own what you save or share through Switch. You grant us only the licence needed to store it and display it to you and the people you share it with.

Termination

Delete your account any time via support@switchextension.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, so keep copies of anything important. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
