A Space is a collection of tabs focussed on a single project. Shared Spaces let you hand that whole project to a colleague, client, or friend — without pasting ten links one by one.

How sharing works

Share a Space in a couple of clicks from the Switch sidebar — you stay in control of what goes out.

Pick the tabs

Choose exactly which tabs in your Space to share — everything, or just the ones your viewers need.

Send one link

Switch generates a single link for the whole Space. Copy it and share it anywhere — email, Slack, anywhere a link goes.

No install needed

Anyone with the link can open the Space in their browser and jump straight into any tab. They don’t need Switch to view it.

Update and re-share

A shared link is a snapshot of your Space. When your Space changes, share it again and send the new link to your viewers.

Shared for a while, not forever

Anyone with the link can view the tabs you selected, so only share what you're happy for them to see. Every shared link expires 30 days after you create it — after that, the shared copy is deleted from our servers. Need longer? Just share the Space again for a fresh link.
